Your team
You will report to the Head of Sales & Account Managers for Mr D Food
Your responsibilities will include:
- Run the day-to-day Sales Operations function
- Own all steps in the sales administration process
- Ensure sales channels and platforms are utilised correctly
- Produce daily/weekly/monthly reporting
- Identify shortfalls in the sales process and help improve efficiency
- Build, maintain and communicate tools for sales team members to help them leverage data in their sales process
- Pipedrive training for new Account Managers
- Manage sales dashboards to track key productivity and attainment metrics for accountability and insights
- Provide inputs to Management to set sales compensation plans, and ensure those plans align with sales and organizational objectives
- Own the integration of operations based task and projects in the sales team
Attributes Required:
- High attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly analytical; ability to quickly process, analyze, and provide insights on large data sets
- Demonstrated, quantifiable experience improving sales productivity
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure, entrepreneurial business environments
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members within the organisation
Qualifications:
- 2+ years direct experience with progressive responsibility running and managing Sales Operations
- Large and start-up company highly preferred
- Project and program management background highly preferred
- Microsoft Excel ninja
